Please note: In the unlikely event that physical classes are unavailable due to extreme weather events/factors beyond our control, in the interest of both canine and human safety, sessions will be online via Zoom

Limited numbers per class, courses run for 6 weeks. Please bring lots of small yummy treats with you and poo bags just in case! You may prefer not to feed your dog before classes. Please bring a non-squeaky toy with you. Dog must be wearing a flat collar or harness, no choke chains please. During classes photography and video is recorded for promotional, marketing and training purposes. Images/video may be posted on our Facebook page/website where these can be viewed and downloaded free of charge for your enjoyment - high resolution printable versions are available on request. Images may also be used at a later date in marketing promotion materials. Photography and video is focussed on your dog and their training, however there may be occasions where you/your family may potentially be in shot - please let us know at the beginning of class should you wish to not have photos/video used as outlined above. All unused photography and video is securely destroyed. Cancellation/Refund Policy: Class/course fees will be refunded in full only if you cancel 14 days (or more) before the first session is due to start; we will issue you a 50% refund if you cancel 7-13 days before the first session is due to start. Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice will be discretionary and to a max value of 25% of fees paid. Cancellations and subsequent refunds for pre-booked 1-2-1 sessions will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Travel Expenses: 1-2-1 home visits outside of Basingstoke will incur a travel/mileage charge of 50p per mile (this includes outward and return distance).
